The Lord placed a burden on the heart of Reverend Lettie Moses Carr to initiate a daily prayer line. After some deliberation and negotiations with God over the need for yet another prayer line, she yielded and launched the #316Prayerline as part of a 3 day fast in March 2020 ~ literally the week the world shut down for the COVID-19 pandemic. After being extended for a week, then a couple of weeks, then a month, the prayer line finally became a daily fixture on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch, Twitter (now X) and YouTube. The #316Prayerline’s start time, 3:16 PM (ET) is based on the verse John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life," It seamlessly led to the creation of Whosoever Believes Ministries, the launch of WhosoeverBelieves.org, including a Prayer Wall, and a social media platform with participation from around the world. Victorious Productions phenomenally captured our vision to develop a space for a Christ centered community. The rest, as they say, is history.
